All Sales Final
All sales of fine art prints are final. Because each print is made to order, individually inspected, and signed by Alex before shipping, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alex@alexhoernerphoto.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement print at no additional cost.
Shipping
All prints ship free within the United States via insured carrier. International shipping is available at checkout. Prints are carefully packed in protective tubes and typically arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping.
